Agreement to Arbitrate

You and 1880 Retail agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitration will be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration organization in accordance with its then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. This arbitration agreement does not apply to individual users residing in the province of Quebec. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
